The Falkland Arms offers a characterful and charming stay in the Cotswolds, perfect for exploring picturesque villages and enjoying local ales. Guests often praise the comfortable and well-equipped rooms, some describing them as quirky. The food receives high marks, especially the evening meals like the Confit Duck Leg, alongside excellent breakfast choices, including a full English with yoghurt and croissants; a few guests, however, have found the room size a little tight, but it's generally considered good value for money.

countryside charm

warm welcomeclear viewflavorful curryreasonable prices
i received a warm greeting from the bartender upon arrival. my table offered a clear view of the fireplace. i ordered steak pie with mash and goan fish curry, both were quite flavorful. the prices seemed reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.
the shower had minimal water pressure, making it difficult to rinse soap effectively, somewhat inconvenient.
Dining
9/10
the breakfast included was delicious, particularly the cooked items and locally sourced ingredients. the dining area offered lovely views of the surrounding countryside. i noted several vegetarian options available on the dinner menu, too.
